Nice pleasant shot Jack, but the over exposed sky hurts the overall feel I think. Try to expose to the right of the histogram for the lights and then you can bring back the darker areas in post

Thanks for the tip Andy Smith . Honestly I haven’t paid too much attention to that sky until you mentioned now.
