How do I bring out the rainbow in the valley without damaging the remainder of the colors in the landscape?

Great landscape!
For the rainbow question, you need to use a program like Lightroom or Photoshop to select just the rainbow and increase the saturation and contrast, for example. Is this a RAW file?
