A quiet evening at Lake Constance in northern Switzerland. Photo taken on September 12, 2022 shortly after 8pm. I tested a technique that panos_adgr panos_adgr often uses and which consists in superimposing several exposures, in this case 10 photos with an exposure of 15 seconds.
I have a little doubt due to the three buoys which I like, but which are a little blurred because of the slight movements of the water. But I still think they add something to the picture.

The effect after stacking is equivalent with one long exposure of 150''. The advantages of this technique is noise cancelation and you have a lot less to none, hot pixels. The clouds and sea are very smooth.
Now the boats are moved but it is normal. They are not stationary objects. Have always in mind that the camera must not be moved at all between exposures and interval must be the less possible.
You will experiment more and if this technique suits you it is fine. If you need any help I will be here!

I use this technique also when I'm shooting city scenes of stationary subjects with high iso. I stack them and noise of high iso is canceled. I will write on this some other time.
