Yes
I really like the left side of the waterfall. However, there is something that bothers me with the way the water flows on the right.

lovely shot, although I have to agree with Morexp57 here, as I think the image would have been better composed if the entire waterfall was in shot and we could see the landing pool at the bottom. If you couldn't get a wider shot, a panorama can sometimes help get in this missing key elements.

I would have liked that too, but what is not seen in this photo is that there are about 300-400 people in that place and a larger composition would not have been necessary.

And one more thing..They built a metal railing in front of the waterfall that ruined the whole landscape ..

It is a nice shot no doubt, I sometimes forget that there can be sometimes a lot of people around a beautiful scenic spot or hand rails. I am lucky here in Thailand that a lot of scenic places are rarely visited by large numbers of people at the same time.
It is good you managed such nice shot with all those folk around, nicely done.

How I understand you! 300 to 400 people!
I always try to avoid people and artificial structures in my landscape photos. It's not always easy. The only time human presence is acceptable to me is to give an idea of the size of the subject being photographed. One of the very few times I have deliberately incorporated a person was a very short time ago, on January 27th in this photo:
