I like this image, but personally I would have cut the top of the sky which looks a bit burnt.

Fantastic, brooding shot. In situations like this with huge contrast I like to set my Nikon to 1 stop underexposed to try and keep highlight detail; maybe 1.2/3 in extreme cases. Dark areas can always have a detail pulled back. In this case I would have crushed the highlights (in software) completely, I think. Nice one.

I think you're right. I could cut a bit the sky. But I tried to catch the clouds as well.

I agree with other people here that it is a nice shot but the blown out highlights are a distraction in the sky.
In future you could always expose to the right - meaning you expose for the highlights and then as GeoffM stated you can still pull the shadow detail out in post.
Or you can take a couple of shots - one for the highlights and one for the darker areas and blend together in post.

Thanks for advice Andy Smith Andy Smith , I will know for the future. I know I can re-edit the photo again, but don't know if I can still have the raw file.

Looked again at the photo and I must say that you guys right, the highlight is too high.
