Had to navigate threw lots of dog poop mines to get this view of the Rocky Mountains looking towards Alberta. The Kootenay River, Kootenay National Park of Canada, British Columbia, Canada.

I think it's pretty scene over-all. The dark shadows on the rocks are like magnets for my eyes, I find them distracting. I would be interested to see the scene reframes by taking a few steps forward and to the right. The cloud creating a false peaks in the mountains are frustrating to me. Otherwise, I'd like to see more texture in the trees and more contrast in the image over-all.

Awesome thank you very much. Landscapes are not strong nor prevalent in my archive I usually concentrate on critters and botany. But I do always step back and take it all in and always document a Ramsar Site with landscape photos which is a must in my books 😃 I am here to learn from your great adventures and captures.

Wonderful! It is true that the shadow on the rocks in the foreground are a bit of a distraction, but otherwise this composition is remarkable.
