Hi Jack, my camera is a panasonic lumix bridge camera with a 1" sensor. I set the camera to maximum digital zoom, unfortunately in doing this I could only shoot in jpeg and not RAW.

That’s a shame, you should get a camera that does raw , so you can edit the picture.

My camera does raw, but if I use the digital zoom 1600 then it will only take a photo as a jpeg.

Hi Jack, perhaps you can add me to your Christmas present list, then I can look forward to a more up to date camera. Seriously I have been thinking about upgrading, but I can't justify a new one just yet!

Haha, yes, I wish I had such a list to sent it to santa Claus 😂😂. I was thinking upgrading too, but I would rather buy new lens.
