Sharpen a bit, remove lens spots. Very little to critique here, I’d try black and white though for a bit of extra drama

lovely waterfall, I like the water and the frozen rocks, they look great.
The rocks could use a little sharpening like Georgehphoto says, to bring out more fine detail.
Maybe try to bring out a little more of the orange in the foliage on the rocks to compliment the blue tinge to the water.
The sky is letting the image down as a whole, as it is just a grey slab, so you could try a vignette and darken that down a bit to draw attention away from it and more towards the water.
Or like Georgehphoto mentioned you could try a B&W image to really add punch and drama.

I am still new here, so if I am being presumptuous, you can slap me down. If its drama of the sky you want, its easy to replace it on this image, or create one. Personally I think the sky is fine on its own, and as Andy stated, with a vignette to enhance it. Also, you lost a lot of contrast on the huge stone blocks at the bottom of the image, they are black and no texture. As you know, the more you adjust the levels of the image, the more tones you lose. Would love to see what you have done with it, after all this critique, as the water exposure was perfect.
