Took this image the other morning on the Duckpool Lane drain in Lincolnshire whilst taking the dogs for a walk..

They call these channels drains, for obvious reasons. Lincolnshire where I live isn't the most inspiring place as much of it is flat farmlands. Its is challenging to say the least. Taken with my Nikon D5600 with Tokina 11-16mm. Just love this landscape lens, it gives my sharp images with little editing to be done.

Thank you. I struggle to see photographic scenes in this flat land of the UK. If you have a love of tractors, that is fine, plenty of those around. Which more or less in the countryside puts your focus on animals and birds as well and macro. Towns and cities are here which I will post soon of a few places I took images of. I am limited to how long I can walk, which puts a dampener on things, sadly.

I like all 3 photos, No 2 in particular. I do find the power line/phone lines a little distracting from the main picture, that said it does not apply to No 3 where somehow they seem to fit the image. 1 & 2 I think, I would have removed them, my eyes just seem to follow the lines. It's just my own view, but make no mistake they are great photos, very well done!

Thanks Phil. I don't always think about removing poles and cables. It doesn't always occur to me to do that. As people have made a few references to doing this, will now assess my images. I have edited a lot of images, so I know what to do.
