Like Andy Smith, I also prefer this one to the previous one.
I prefer the sea in the background which is sharper.
One thing I would also try would be to have the boats in the foreground slightly clearer (without exaggerating, of course).

Yes, more lit. Plus clair, plus de lumière. But not too much!
