Critique wanted Saltburn by the Sea at night

The main road down to the beach and back up @ Saltburn by the sea North Yorkshire. Image has been reduce by 35% so am able to post. Taking photos at night is not an easy task when the drone moving at the beach, as it always has some wind coming off the north sea. And with the shutter open just a little long to catch as much light. So has been edited a bit done in PS to sharpen and boots .
