We don't socialise at all, much. In fact, I had this conversation with my wife the other week. It was mainly a reference to doing photography, in that it's either a shared experience with spouse/partner or if it's just you. Just like golfing widows/widowers, photography can be a solo path. Which plays on my mind a lot, as I would love to get out more to do photography. Guilt is my problem, thinking it's a selfish thing to do, to leave Sheila tidying the house, cooking or what ever needs to be done. Plus all the work I haven't yet done. And the bike stays in the garage too for the same reason. The other common theme here, is finding people who have an open mind, people who listen and communicate. I can talk the hind leg off a donkey at times, and at other times, just sit back and do two things, listen and observe, or fall asleep!💤 :ROFLMAO: Jack, you say you're an introvert, but I see what you have achieved here and your other forums. Don't ever take yourself down, you have done an amazing job with all of these projects, working tirelessly to keep this going. I applaud you, for your tenacity and resolve, which is why I know you will succeed. Carry that banner with pride. I know for the short period of time I have been here, your personality comes across as honest and have humility. I know so many people who would not share the things you have here, too bottled up and pushed into the cycles of just living. Which only proves to me, that you are questioning your reality. Namaste Jack and to all here.
