I really like this picture. The composition is excellent and I love the fine detail of the bare branches of this beautiful tree.

I love the simplicity of the image Rene, and can't help wondering if a black and white image would do it more justice, because the tree is lovely and sharp and contrasts really nicely against the clear blue sky.
It would have been great if there were some leading lines drawing you into the tree but I understand that is not always possible to achieve although it seems there is a kind of path to the right of the tree, which may have been a nice angle to produce those leading lines.
That being said, it is a pleasing shot and nicely done.

The mood becomes more dramatic in black and white. For nostalgia lovers certainly the best.
