Nice shot, sadly the weather can kill our expectations of what we desired the scene to be like. I had a play with it myself, I think if you darken the foreground a bit more it will enhance the lights that are on, on the right of the lighthouse. That would accentuate the sunset, and balance the light on both sides of the image. Photography is an art and therefore subjective. I am sure others will give their critique, better than myself.
