I thought I would offer a change of venue in this posting. Taken on a SLR, but can't recall the film used. I liked FUJI-chrome due to the high saturation factor it gave. My wife and I went on honeymoon into Nepal, Tibet and then China. Three weeks of constant moving around from one place to another. This is one image I have had on my wall, but some time ago now as the pics have been packed away for a few years. One thing both us remember about Tibet, was the constant pounding headaches! Lack of oxygen to the brain does that, if you are not acclimatised. Plus your toothpaste shoots out when you open it for the first time! Different pressure has an effect on everything that you bottled up in plastics. I can't recall where this was exactly in Tibet.

I love this image Lightmuncher, it evokes a strong feeling of peace for me. Living in Thailand I see a lot of very ornate buddhist temples, but it is the simple, out of the way ones that touch me most, and when I look back on old photos I have taken It always makes me smile.
I have never been to Nepal but it is on my bucket list along with Bhutan.
Thanks for sharing this delightful shot

I have a few images of Nepal, Kathmandu sadly packed away somewhere. The images I am working on have been on my wall and put away in a folder at present. Although I think some need changing due to light damage. I was pleased with the Topaz AI software that took out the grains from the image.
Also put Tibet on your bucket list. Take plenty of headache pills though. Its an amazing place to see, despite the Chinese control. Mind you, I would love to see your country which you now call home. I love the Buddhist philosophy, I am more inclined to that, than christianity. A Buddhist text is the psychology of the human mind, and the philosophy is the way of living.
