Took these when I lived in Wales. Wales was a good place to get amazing photos, whereas here in Lincs, it is extremely hard work here. In fact, if I thought about it, I would say it is more my mental state about the area. Yeah, I didn't want to move here, to be honest. Tregaron was the last bastion for the red kite, a beautiful raptor we often saw in our skies when we lived there. Now after the introduction of Kites from Spain, they have spread themselves all over the country. The light falling on the bog at this time of year and its situation where the sun rose behind a high hill made the light difficult. Especially when the far lit areas where bathed in golden yellow of the sun, let alone the colour of the dried grasses. But you can see the blue reflected off the sky on the frozen water.
