Beautiful part of the world, and I have visited a few times myself when I stayed in Almaty for a while. The image is nice, but my opinion is that it looks a bit flat and is in need of more contrast to bring out the colours of the rocks and add drama to the sky. Have you tried dodging and burning at all?

Beautiful photo and because of the people at the bottom of the picture you can see how big it all is.
It's a pity that from this point you can't see how deep it really is and how big the rocks are.
The photo is no less beautiful because of it, you should not see it that way.
