Thanks Jack. I used a 10 stops ND filter. With not much light it was not difficult to make the 99 seconds

Nice shot Peter, I prefer this to the other version you posted as it has more punch and drama. One slight observation from me though is the greens on the cliff face (right side/ middle frame) seem slightly oversaturated but that could be just my eyes playing tricks.
The composition is wonderful and the leading lines from the ocean and foreground work very well.
Exposure is good for 99 seconds and the detail is great, with no distracting objects.
Nicely done.
