10 years ago (already!?!), I took this photo with my old Nikon D90. This river is the Verzasca, in the valley of the same name in the canton of Ticino. A little further down the valley, there's a dam where the opening scene of ‘Golden Eye’, in which 007 goes bungee jumping, was filmed. If you feel like it, you can also go bungee jumping today, as there's a jumping base set up there...
This river is extraordinarily beautiful (and extraordinarily cold...).
I love the colour of the water and the play of light on the rocks.

Beautiful photo Morexp57 Morexp57 . If you had an ND filter, you could really turn this photo into piece of art. Have you been down where the movie have been filmed ?

At that time, I didn't use RAW format, but jpg. Despite that, I'm quite happy to have not burnt the rocks at the top. I've never used an ND filter and I manage to shoot early enough in the morning to be able to smooth out the flow of the river, but not that day. 😄
Yes, I went to see the dam, but I didn't jump... I'm not crazy!😜
