This picture is really beautiful. I wish I could visit Iceland as well. I've seen a lot amazing images taken in Iceland.

You should do it if you can, being so much closer... I had to fly about 12 hours from Buenos Aires to London first to catch a flight to Reikjavik!

I will just say, I did this in 2019. I had planned (and paid in advance) another, longer, trip to Iceland in 2020, but had to cancel it due to COVID....

Not yet, I had fully paid tickets to London with Norwegian and the company nearly went broke and restructured the debt and cancelled all non-european routes, and did not give the money back to the customers. So basically they stole the money from several thousand customers worldwide... me among those. They offered a refund of 5% (!!!) part in cash and part in shares (!!!!!!) , a total joke.
But I will go again, maybe next year.

Omg, that must be annoying. 5% from the money that’s a joke. You should take them to court for that. Did they at least offered you free flights in the future ?

I (and a lot of people from all around the world) tried many ways to get their money back, but it was impossible to get anything, as they were under British and Irish law "bankrupcy protection". They ripped me off around 3.000 us dollars (4 tickets Buenos Aires-London and return). And of course they offered absolutely nothing. I will never fly with these scammers again (Norwegian Air). And that is all. Better start planing new trips to forget that.
